Are pools and water areas safe to use?

Gym, beach, swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam bath facilities can be used by our guests with certain restrictions as determined by our national guidelines. Our pools and other stations are disinfected on a regular basis to ensure maximum cleanliness and the safety of our visitors. In particular, we abide by the following measures: · A limited number of people allowed in the pools with adequate social distance. · Guests should carry and wear masks wherever required or asked by the hotel staff. · Guests should make sure to regularly make use of the sanitizing stations and ensure maximum cleanliness. · One towel to be used by a single guest at a time and must be placed in the towel bin after use.
Guests should make sure to have a bath before and after entering the pool.

Precautions to be taken while eating in a restaurant

There is no evidence that the virus Covid 19 is transmitted by food. The virus can be killed while cooking food at temperatures of at least 70’ C. We don’t recommend food buffets because of the risk of close physical contact with others, share serving implements and multiple people touching the surfaces on the buffets. Our indoor dining spaces are arranged in such a way ensuring appropriate social distance between tables and chairs. Our guests are reminded to clean their hands before and after entering the eating area. Our dishes, spoons, Glasses and every part of the kitchen is sanitized time to time.
